Rialto Renaissance gets a A++ for their customer service, food, and great atmosphere!!! Everyone was awesome, but Jenny gets the greatest server award. She made sure we had what we needed, gave out balloons, filled our drinks, and was a pleasure to talk too. Thank you Jenny for making our evening special
**Amazing Service Right Before Closing!** I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Chick-fil-A located at HWY 210 & Ayala Drive, FSU 03997 in Rialto, CA, and I just had to share it! My wife and I placed an online order a few minutes before closing, excited to grab a quick dinner. We ordered a spicy pimento chicken sandwiches, two orders of waffle fries, mac and cheese, a 4-piece chicken strip, and two iced teas. We arrived at the restaurant, parked in the pick-up spot, and grabbed our bag, eager to dig into our meal. Before pulling out of the parking lot, we decided to double-check the order--and we were glad we did. It turned out our chicken strip were missing, and the sides were mixed up wrong. Even though it was so close to closing time, we spoke to the initial attendant to see if they could fix the mistake. That's when Eric, one of the team leaders, stepped in. From the moment we explained the situation, he was attentive, professional, and quick to make it right. Eric apologized sincerely and reassured us that they would correct everything. Despite the fact that they were about to close, he treated us with such care, as if it were the middle of the day. He immediately had fresh spicy sandwiches made, fixed the sides and ensured everything was exactly what we had ordered. To make up for the inconvenience, Eric even went back in and spoke to the kitchen to find the last few items that were needed although the kitchen was closed and all the food were no longer being dropped in the cooker. Not once did we feel like we were a bother or that the staff was rushing to finish up for the night. What really impressed me was Eric's genuine kindness and dedication to customer service. After everything was fixed, I was so grateful for how he handled the situation that I offered him a $20 tip as a token of appreciation. But, true to Chick-fil-A's exceptional standards, Eric smiled and politely refused, saying, "There's no need to tip me--I'm just doing my job and making sure we take care of you. That's what we're here for." His words were a reminder of why Chick-fil-A stands out from other fast food restaurants. Eric's commitment to making sure we had a great experience, even at the very end of the day, was truly remarkable. He didn't just fix our order--he made us feel valued as customers, and it was clear that he cared about getting it right. We will absolutely be returning to this Chick-fil-A, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who values not just great food, but exceptional service. My husband and I went to this location tonight, we haven't always had the best experience here but it's close to home and I couldn't have been more surprised (IN THE BEST WAY) when we got our yummy food so fast! Hot N Ready! Great friendly staff, including a big shoutout to superstar Vanessa. She was so attentive and very helpful!!! she was very engaged with us throughout our 39 min dine in visit and I COULD NOT BELIEVE SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS JUST HIRED A FEW WEEKS AGO WOWOWOWOW good job with Vanessa hiring team! We will be back
Great Customer Service by Abe at the register, he welcomed us with a smile and thanked us for our support. It's always busy at any chick fila location, this one is no exception . The difference here is the staff were friendly and I noticed the staff walks around and disinfect the used tables after each guests . Also observed one of the staff anticipated a guest needs while she struggled with her baby and unbuckle the high chair .
I was starving after a long congested drive through the California desert. Chick-fIl-a was screaming my name. Whoa! The drive through line was incredibly long. I decided to go inside. It was crazy town inside too with crowds of people yet the line moved fairly quickly. I ordered the original Chick-fil-a entree to go. I waited about 5 minutes for a piping hot meal. It hit the spot after I removed one of the buns. They have their own parking lot.
Not sure why the negative reviews. This is a nice Chick-fil-A location. There's a big parking lot and the drive thru is laid out reasonably well. The inside of the restaurant is clean. The restrooms are also clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service was good. And there is a play place! It's a nice little Chick-fil-A. Not sure why all the hate.
